Blue fragrances are a dime a dozen. The mere mention of the genre inspires thoughts of ambroxan and calone. However, in 2003, one monumental release reinvented the genre with its unique interplay of cucumber, melon, and basil. This fragrance is Polo Blue, and throughout the years, we have seen a number of its flankers introduced to the market. The original formulation is by far the most enduring and enchanting of its kind. The past decade and a half have not been kind to the fragrance, as it has endured several reformulations that have converted the fragrance from being tenacious to tenuous Luckily, we’ve stepped in to bring back the magic. Another Blue Dua is our carefully crafted Polo Blue dupe, designed to embody the same refreshing energy and charm of the Ralph Lauren classic from 2003. This fragrance opens with a crisp Cucumber note, awakening the senses with a burst of fruity freshness. The vibrant combination of Melon and Mandarin Orange adds to the lively character, while Basil and Sage introduce a layer of green sophistication. As the scent develops, Geranium lends an aromatic brightness, leading to a smooth, masculine finish of Suede Leather, Musk, and Woodsy Notes. The performance of our version has been improved, and the raw materials we used are the best we could find.
