Leopard’s Tux

Iconic designer brands BLV Parfums (IYKYK) and Yves Saint Laurent always make an impact with their new perfume releases. Two notable perfumes are Tygar and Tuxedo. While the former is bright and refreshing with nuances of grapefruit and ambroxan, the latter is warm and sweet with vanilla and patchouli. The combination of the two is a mixture of fresh and sweet, and it’s the hybrid we would’ve never expected we needed! A refreshing introduction of bergamot and grapefruit has spicy accents on account of black pepper and coriander. Woodsy notes accompany patchouli in the base for an oriental tendency that is not overly thick or syrupy. Violet and rose play a supporting role, and they contribute to the evolution of the formula in an exotic way.
