If there’s ever such a thing as a mass pleasing scent, Layton by Parfums de Marly certainly wears the crown. With notes of vanilla, apple, and bountiful spices, Layton has won the hearts and noses of those fortunate enough to own a bottle. Four years ago, we were lucky to purchase the 2016 variant, which as far as our noses can detect, is bolder, creamier, fruitier, and longer lasting. It is this observation that has compelled us to try our luck at recreating this original masterpiece. In addition to doing so, we have amped up the concentration to bring you a sprayable attar that may be worn on skin as well as clothing. Get ready to experience a ripe and succulent apple in the opening that is resting on a bed of vanilla beans and creamy woods. The intensity of the original Layton has been restored with Royal Chariot Attar. We are confident you’ll be able to tell the difference. We also hope to restore a new found love for Layton!
