Returns & Exchanges Policy
At The Dua Brand, we craft each fragrance with the same sophistication and care that defines our luxury collections—from our exquisite Amber Vanilla to our refreshing Aromatic Aquatic scents. We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance experience.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible:
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition with seals intact
- Products must be in their original packaging
- A proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened fragrance bottles
- Products with broken seals
- Used testers or samples

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
If you wish to exchange an item for a different fragrance from our collections:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
- We will cover the shipping costs for your exchange item
