Therefore, such a name is appropriate for our inspiration of the equally explosive Elysium by Roja Parfums. However, the brightness of the explosion easily distracts us from the core of this dying star that slowly gets hotter and hotter over the course of a long period of time. In stark contrast to the original, Supernova Noir has added darker notes of suede leather, tonka bean, whiskey, and cardamom. The tonka bean is the perfect complement to the vanilla that is already found in the original. Cardamom adds complexity to the already existent cypriol oil. Whiskey adds a boozy accent to the astringent juniper berry. Lastly, suede leather amplifies the animalic undertone that the ambergris has already worked so hard to establish.
